Commuter Rail Environmental Assessment
The New Haven – Hartford – Springfield Commuter Rail Environmental Assessment has been initiated to further develop the recommended Implementation Plan and to prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA) and a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) as defined by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and an Environmental Impact Evaluation as defined by the Connecticut Environmental Policy Act (CEPA).
